Content Library: Premium guides, templates, courses, worksheets, and resource packs etc.
Web Tools: A variety of AI tools, design utilities, developer resources, and productivity tools etc. (both free and premium)
Store: Digital products available for purchase through secure third-party payment processors

Digital products may be sold through platforms like Payhip or other payment processors. All payments and transactions follow the respective platform's policies.

1.3 License & Use

When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or educational use only.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our products with others
• Upload or make our content available on file-sharing platforms
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or watermarks

Free tools are provided for personal and commercial use, but may not be reverse-engineered, copied, or redistributed.

1.4 No Warranty

All services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, performance, or availability.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LJK & Co. is not liable for:

• Technical errors, interruptions, or downtime with our website, tools, or downloads
• Loss of data or content
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Decisions made based on information in our products
• Third-party platform issues (payment processors, hosting providers, etc.)

You acknowledge that use of our services and products is at your own risk.

1.6 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LJK & Co. operates.

1.7 Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Privacy Notice

2.1 Data Collection

For our main website, we do not collect or store personal data on our servers. We use browser localStorage only to remember your preferences (such as whether you've seen our welcome popup). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

2.2 Pocket App Data

Our Pocket finance tracking app uses Google Firebase to securely store your data:

• Account information (email, display name) for authentication
• Transaction data (amounts, descriptions, categories, dates) you enter
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase's security standards
• Your financial data is stored on Google's secure cloud infrastructure
• We never share your personal financial data with third parties
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time

2.3 What We Do Not Collect

We do not:

• Track your browsing behavior across our site
• Use cookies for tracking purposes
• Use third-party analytics or advertising tools
• Share your information with third parties (except payment processors for purchases and Firebase for Pocket)

2.3 Purchases

If you purchase a product through our payment platform partners (such as Payhip, Stripe, or PayPal), we may receive limited order information such as: Your email address (for product delivery), Order ID and purchase details, and Transaction date.

We do not process payments ourselves or have access to your payment card details. All payment processing and sensitive financial information is handled securely by our payment partners in accordance with their privacy policies and industry standards (PCI-DSS compliance).

2.4 GDPR Principles

Even with no server-side data storage, we follow GDPR principles: transparency, purpose limitation, minimal data use, user control, and no unnecessary collection.

2.5 Future Changes

If we introduce features requiring server-side databases or accounts, we will update this notice and request consent where required.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy

All refunds are handled through our payment platform's official refund system (Payhip, Stripe, etc.). We do not issue direct refunds outside of these platforms.

3.2 Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are generally restricted. However, we may approve refunds in cases of: Technical issues preventing download or access, Duplicate purchases made in error, or Product significantly different from description.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason.

3.3 Free Tools

Our free web tools are provided as-is with no refunds applicable. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any free tool at any time.

4. Disclaimer

Our products, services, and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding: Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content; Fitness for a particular purpose; Uninterrupted or error-free operation; or Results or outcomes from using our products.

You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, or apply the content and tools we provide. All products and services are used at your own risk.
